Our car has never ever been this clean. We got the top choice on options for cleaning but it was worth it. The cleaning staff and the cashier were really nice too. Appreciate the work they do! Photo was taken as I was about to drive out of the shop.

I want to start by saying that I love Miller Hill Car Wash! I drive a van, have three young kids, and a very busy schedule, so the convenience of pulling up, selecting a wash, and driving away with a clean vehicle is wonderful. That said, I’ve noticed the quality of the wash can be very inconsistent. My first visit was so impressive that it has kept me coming back for years. After that, I had several washes that didn’t quite meet the same standard, and I started to wonder if that first experience had simply been the exception. Then, a few months ago, I had another visit that was absolutely top-notch and reminded me why I keep returning. Unfortunately, my most recent wash yesterday was disappointing. I actually brought a friend along who had been curious about the wash process, and after talking up the quality of the washes, I was embarrassed when we got back into my vehicle. I had purchased the Spring Clean package—the most expensive option at nearly $60—and the results simply didn’t reflect the price or expected service. I will continue to visit because I know how great the washes can be when everything goes well. However, I do think I’ll be more mindful about when I come in, p

Underwhelmed by the end result. Went at a slow, time late Friday morning, I only saw 3 other cars while I was there. Got the managers special, which advertised upgraded cleaning, and added the leather treatment. End results were sloppy and very rushed, parts of the car (door threshold) that the manager special added won't even have touched. I probably would not recommend unless maybe you're sticking to the very most basic service without any ungrade, and yet even then you can probably do a better job yourself in the same ~10 minute timeframe

I got the managers special and two spot cleans for my front passenger and drivers side carpet. Carpets and outside of vehicle turned out ok but for 90$ and no one in the car wash and 5 people “wiping out the interior” and the supposed seat vacuum i will let the pictures speak for themselves. Mind you the seats are suede in center so you can tell they weren’t vaccumed(or wiped) I had to spend 10 minutes with my own armor all getting all the places they failed to do. I will let the pictures speak for themselves especially the one under the steering wheel. Anyone with any attention to detail and tha actually wants to work and maintain their job wouldn’t have missed it. (Their was 5 people, 10 eyes) Also why would I stop back when it should have been done right the first time. Hire competent professional employees and have some self accountability. If anything I would like a refund and to never come there again.

Paid for the Ultimate car wash this weekend - $35. This wash is advertised as upgraded interior cleaning. I asked if they could please clean the cup holders well. They said that’s an extra charge.. $2 more so is said fine assuming they’d get the job done. This is how I got my car back. There have been times I’ve asked for my vehicle to be cleaned a second time through because so much was missed. The idea behind the business… the convenience is great but it really feels like a waste when things that are obvious are missed.
